TrakMotive® Automotive CV Axles transfer power from the transmission to the drive wheels of a vehicle. They consist of a CV Joint and Drive Shaft.

CV Axles are designed to work at varying angles, constant rotational speeds, without friction and play. CV Axles can be found in front wheel drive, four wheel drive and rear wheel drive vehicles, equipped with independent suspension systems.

8-Ball inner and outer joints articulate up to 47° (OE units are limited to 23° tripod inner joint on many applications).

Roller spline sliding center bar allowing for up to a full 40mm more travel than stock OE units for greater suspension travel.

Utilize a sliding spline center shaft that provide greater linear travel than OE, which allows for greater suspension travel for off-road and lifted applications.

Include high strength 8-ball fixed CV inner and outer joints that have 60% more operating angle on the inboard joint, eliminating joint failure from lift kits and increased rife height.

Thermoplastic boots for added protection against rocks, and punctures when off-road, and high strength stainless steel clamps and increased corrosion resistance.

High strength 8-ball fixed outer joints are engineered to reduce friction and wear characteristics for greater longevity and cooler operation which extends grease life.

Premium thermoplastic boots withstand exposure to extreme temperatures ranging from –58°F/50°C to +478°F/ 248°C.

Stainless steel stepless clamps provide improved clamping force on the TPE boot to create a tighter, more reliable 360° optimum seal even in the most extreme temperatures.

Specially formulated 7023B grease is designed to resist loss of lubricity and maintain OE lubricant performance in even the most severe temperatures ranging from -40°F/C to +280°F/140 °C.
